London Book Fair

Went to the London Book Fair to keep in touch with ‘the business’. Came back both exhausted and energized. There was too much to see; huge areas filled with hundreds of stands belonging to all the major publishers plus many more smaller ones from all over the world; plus organisations representing every aspect of the book trade: from agents to printers.

I spent a lot of time in the Author HQ where roll over presentations were held on all aspects of writing, with a heavy bias towards the emerging independent writing and publishing market.
